    We are investigating the possibility of restoring the lost records. The results will be reported in a separate notice.

    How it manifests itself: in the old and new Personal Account, some calls do not have conversation recordings. When clicking on the link to download the call recording, the error "Audio recording file not found" appears. In the call details, there may be no player for listening to and downloading the call recording.
