    CIS telephony update is planned on September 14, 2023.
    As part of this update, it will be possible to use call task templates (in telephony CIS, Bitrix and amoCRM)

    Update of the Twin application for AmoCRM.
    The application will include all the features of the Twin platform:
    ✨Incoming/outgoing telephony
    ✨incoming/outgoing chats
    ✨sending messages.
    And:
    ✨opportunities for creating new cards have been expanded
    ✨works with most types of fields, both when passing variables to the bot and when saving the results of the dialogue
    ✨conditions for performing actions, etc.

    Update of the Twin application for Bitrix.
    Call notifications will change. When calling back, a notification was sent to the card that a call back was scheduled.
    After the update: notifications will be received that a call attempt was made, the result was “such and such”.
