Audio recordings added to the editor are saved. Selecting Upload from Computer opens File Explorer to select a file on your computer.
Scenario saving issues are no longer reproducible.

UPD:
The following problems were detected with audio recordings in blocks in the editor:
1. if the script has not been saved (created, but not yet saved) - there is no option to add an audio file to the block. Audio will only be added to the script after the script is saved
2. the audio is now loaded into the script and the recording is visible in the block’s voice acting, but after saving the script and refreshing the page, the audio field in the block disappears (the block’s voice acting is disabled)

It's decided.
The page no longer freezes when clicking on the search field in a script - Media Management
Voice acting in blocks in the editor is now visible and played
You can upload audio to the block by clicking the button next to the drop-down list about downloaded audio files (white brick with an up arrow)
Selecting "Load from computer" and automatically opening File Explorer will be fixed as part of a separate task.

UPD:
2 more manifestations were also discovered:
in the script - Media Management. If you click on the search field (where you need to enter text), the script may freeze
in the voice selection field in the block. If you select the "download from computer" option, nothing will happen.
The voice acting of blocks may not be played when testing the script (everything still works in calls)
We continue to work and will try to fix everything as soon as possible.
- IdentifiedIdentified
How it manifests itself: in blocks with voiceovers, the previously selected audio file with voiceover is not graphically displayed. Doesn't affect calls
