What's happened:
On the incoming line, the bot could not pass according to the script and go to the "wrong" blocks, for example, to one of the previous blocks. Also, the bot could reset the dialogue immediately upon receiving the first phrase of the client.

The failure was observed between 09:00 Moscow time and 12:30 Moscow time

At the moment, the failure has been fixed, the bot goes through the blocks in order.
