Monthly reports are generated during the first two days of the month. If during this period the status of the report does not change, this does not mean that something is stuck. This report has not yet reached its turn. The operating mode has not changed, this is standard behavior.

Regular reports (calls, chats...) will take longer to generate. This is an additional burden, but their turn will also come.
